Itinerary
Day 1
El Bolson - Chacras - Lago Puelo
Tour start time: 8:30 am
Starting south from Bariloche on National Route 258, bordering the Gutiérrez, Mascardi and Guillelmo lakes , after crossing Pampa del Toro, Cañada de la Mosca and El Foyel , this excursion takes us to the town of El Bolsón, located in a valley with special climatic characteristics that facilitate the agricultural development of the town and invites us to make this visit to its main attractions.
El Bolsón owes its name to the geographical conformation closed by mountains and ancient glaciers that surround it, leaving it under the shelter of the high mountains that limit the South with Parallel 42, the North with the Cordón Paleta, the Cerro Piltriquitrón to the East and the West with the Andes Mountains, being a component part of the so-called "Andean Region".
Among its most outstanding points we will visit the famous and picturesque Artisan Fair , located in the central square of the city.
Later, crossing farms and farms covered by hops, wheat, corn, strawberries, raspberries, currants, cherries and apples, we visited a model farm to learn about the characteristics of the plantations and see their production.
Then we will arrive at Puelo Lake to enjoy its unique celestial-turquoise hue and its surroundings, where we will have time to enjoy its shores.
In the afternoon we return the same way
