Live a culinary experience full of flavors, smells and tradition with the experts of Oaxacan gastronomy. In these cooking classes you will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare a delicious meal complete with the dishes that proudly represent this beautiful state of Oaxaca.
Start this fully interactive class touring the main markets of Oaxaca accompanied by the Chef who will help us identify the ingredients on the list. You can choose what is necessary to prepare two dishes suggested by the Chef: a mole and a soup, as well as two dishes to suit the group.
After the tour where the ingredients that will become a succulent dish were bought, we headed to the cooking workshop where you will have the advice of experienced chefs who will transmit all their techniques and knowledge to you.
In the course of the activity the chef will also explain about each of the representative ingredients of the region and which we will use for the preparation of the dishes. Some typical drinks will also be prepared to accompany with food, such as Chilacayota and Margaritas with Mezcal and last but not least tortillas will be prepared by hand.
