Itinerary
Day 1
AYMARA ROUTE
- Our excursion to the AYMARA ROUTE begins with pick-up from your central hotel or Plaza de Armas in Puno to visit the following places:
- CHUCUITO: The city of Chucuito is located 18 km from the city of Puno where you will visit the famous temple of fertility called “inka uyu” it was formerly called the temple of the sun (Inca era).
- ARAMU MURO: Also known as Wilca Uta, located 75 km from Puno, it is a rock where a door is carved in low relief, a door carved in the stone (jayu marka = city of spirits)
- Additionally, depending on the season, a short visit is made to the ANDEAN WARU WARUS, they are a series of earth platforms surrounded by water channels used for planting.
- CHULLPAS DE MOLLOCO: The archaeological site of Molloko is a ceremonial center of pre-Inca beginnings, currently considered Cultural Heritage influenced by the Inca culture, especially in the funerary structures.
- Finally, to return to the city of Puno and we finish in the main Plaza.
- Start: 08:00 am, Return: 2:30 pm, Duration: Half day / 06 hrs.
