Gastro-enological tour

The menu is always the same, consisting of a series of entries. Roasted sausage, roasted blood sausage, pig's hands, rabbit in sauce, lamb stew, peppers stuffed with meat.
- After potatoes to La Riojana, pinto peppers and Castilian soup.
- Then lamb chops grilled with vine shoots and finished with a tasting of homemade desserts, which includes the famous torrija.
